「L'hôtel est conforme aux photos. Le personnel était formidable. L'intermédiaire de Hotel.com n'est pas très professionnel ,il nous ont fait une réservation non conforme et ne répondais pas à nos préoccupations. Heureusement Hotel.com et le personnel de l'hôtel ont été formidable......」

「They are listed on hotels.com but they don't recognize or accept reservations from hotels.com. I had to get rooms and pay on the spot meanwhile I had reserved through hotels.com. We got to the property at about 9:00pm booked new rooms at about 11:00pm after all efforts were exhausted trying to proof that we had reservations. The manager will not even look at my reservation email. The next day the manager told me that he had no idea that the hotel was listed on hotels.com and that he doesn't know...
