"The place was generally in good keep including the room, except behind the curtains. Spiders had spun their webs everywhere resulting in us having to ask the reception desk for spray to kill them, so this was a big no no to housekeeping. Dining area staff seemed absent minded throughout the four days there. "The pool was filthy. The whole premises is in dire need of upgrading and some love. What was on offer for dinner was questionable. There was a 1-page menu with numerous items that you could not have as they did not have stock. "The place is exotic. For instance, while leaving on the 7km driveway we saw two black footed African Cats! The room was funky cool! The restaurant was fantastic. In fact, if the Spinach Soup is on the menu, order it!!!! What a charming place— hard to get to but well worth the effort!"
