「The hotel is a lovely old building as a lot of Shrewsbury properties are which adds character to the experience.」

「Definitely does not match the pictures on websites. Missing drawer handles in room. Toilet door swollen and won't close. Hallways are filthy. Piles of dead flies and wasps on window sills. Damp everywhere. Ceiling falling in with leaks. Wallpaper hanging off walls. Curtains hanging off rails and filthy. Door of room bangs every time someone else opens a door. As for the spa. All of the showers handles in the male changing rooms are damaged to the point were it breaks skin to turn on and off. ...

「隔音滿差會一直聽到安全門關門聲很大聲很吵也可以聽到隔壁房咳嗽聲，很難睡。」
