「Property was okay. Elevators very slow as it’s busy but should have more elevators to accommodate the crowds. Glass windows should be cleaned from outside. Breakfast was cold and not many options 」

「An excellent five star hotel which is luxurious. It has the easiest and quickest lifts to make your way to the kabah, 1 lift from reception and you are outside. Breakfast and dinner is amazing with lots of options in the buffet. The hotel has an amazing kabah view - I would highly recommend staying at the hotel. 」

「They did not provide me any breakfast. I did ask what is the reason? No answer . So my advice to travelers to make sure while doing the reservation , what is the services you will get and have a copy of it .」

「Great location modern hotel. Reception could be better manned waited longer than accepted to check in and out during Ramadan not all counters manned. Room clean with good view of Makkah housekeeping also good. Overall very good stay good amenities 」
