「The hotel is conveniently located in the clock tower building facing the Haram. The room are specious and very clean. Staff are very friendly. Although the area is very busy, the hotel managed the crowd effectively. The only problem I faced is no enough elevators to serve the crowd and I have to wait for long tone especially during the prayer times rush hours. 」

「This was my 2nd time staying at Pullman Zamzam Madina. I was travelling for Umrah with my wife and 3 kids. We booked a room with Quad-bed, (4 Beds). You can easily push them together and make them into 2-king size beds. We had a wonderful time here. The rooms were clean, staff were professional, felt like a 5-Star hotel.
