「Very friendly staff, quiet and clean room」

「We had a mixed experience during our 5-day stay. Elizabet, who was there every morning at breakfast except for our last day (May 26), was absolutely amazing. She always greeted us warmly, checked on us, asked if we needed anything, and genuinely made us feel welcome. She was one of the highlights of our stay and truly provided excellent customer service. On the other hand, the older lady with glasses at the front desk was not very friendly. Whenever we asked about using the bikes or paddle...

「This is one of the BEST resorts I've ever stayed. We arrived early, about 11 a.m., and we were able to get our parking pass and pool pass and able to enjoy ALL amenities until our room was ready. The bar, pool and restaurant were all on point. Very Clean and staff was "Chick-fil-A" Happy Attitude and Helpful in EVEY way. Definitely stay here again in the near future.」

「Tried to check in」

「This is an older motel, but I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well-maintained the property was. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning was cold. Breakfast was just okay, typical continental breakfast. Staff were friendly enough.」

「We stayed two nights and they have everything you need right at the resort. We did not leave until check out. They have a nice restaurant, ice cream bar was amazing. Pool side bar and waiter that will come to you. Enjoyed the beach. Pool was very busy because it was a holiday weekend. Overall a nice stay.」

「I have been a frequent traveler since 2013 and have stayed at many Best Western properties over the years. Unfortunately, this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had. The online pictures are extremely misleading regarding the “waterfront/beach” property, pool area, and surrounding grounds. There is essentially no beach as portrayed in the listing photos. The most concerning part of our brief stay was the bathroom condition. While taking a shower, I looked up at the ceiling area...

「No cable TV, it’s been out for more than two weeks, management is “secretive” about reason. Very strange. This property, for whatever reason, gets high marks; very strange!」

「我喜欢这种规模不太大的度假酒店, 我们订的池景双床房(侧面对着大海). 早餐也还是不错的, 虽然不是四五星酒店全套自助餐; 酒店还有提供去往沙滩时用的毛巾, 很贴心; 由于天气不好, 我们没有使用可爱的泳池, 遗憾了呢. 唯一不足是电视节目, 只能使用INTERNET TV, HBO GO 去看一些东西, 好像没有找到直播的电视台节目. 另外就是美国的酒店都没有拖鞋, 需自备; 牙具也要自己带.」
