"The property is well kept. Two dislikes one was food and other was smoking . The resort needs to designate smoking areas for those who smoke for it impedes in the health and well-being of the non-smokers . "

"We had a great stay at Bahia Principe Grand La Romana. The resort was very clean and well maintained, which made everything feel comfortable right away. The food selection was excellent. There were so many options at the main buffet that we didn’t even feel the need to make reservations at the restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It’s also a very quiet and relaxing place, especially at the beach, which we really enjoyed. The only things to note are that the beach water isn’t clear and there are no waves it feels more like a calm lake than the ocean. Also, the shower hot water takes a little while to heat up. While we were there, we didn’t see any jellyfish, but we also only went to the beach a couple of times. Overall, a nice and relaxing experience."

"Stay away. not safe, dirty, in poor repair...may even be a swingers motel. ?? Single women especially..stay away. Awwwfuullll!"

"Breakfast menu was ok should include a greater menu. Also on the pool they should have staff sorrounding customers to ask customers what they need not just give a menu and customers end up looking who is going to take care of them."

The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is perfect—close to local shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Henry was especially helpful during check-in, providing clear directions and useful information. Highly recommended place to stay!"
