"This place is terrible! So many druggiee and then some! Cops were here 24/7 it was terrible! The gal who worked the front desk was super friendly nd awesome but the guy who I think was the manager was awful! Completely rude and then some! H"

"Great stay in Big Bear at Lagunitas Lodge. They were very helpful and friendly at the front office. The lodge has a game room with pool tables, an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi and the lake was walking distance for fishing. I had a great stay. Thanks Lagunitas Lodge ! "

"Lovely setting and hotel beautiful but needing attention to some areas. Staff not that helpful except for in the bar and restaurant where they were very nice. Bedroom well appointed but had to make up sofa bed ourselves which was a surprise for an expensive hotel. Outdoor pool lovely, indoor spa facilities limited. Gym ok."
