"Im still waiting for someone to contact me about why my reservation never showed up in their system even though it was charged on my card. The hotel didnt even let me check in. Expedia has not contacted me about it "

"Rooms are small, dirty, bathrooms in bad conditions, I found used bar soaps on the bathroom doors, if you come to this place bring your own toiletries, and desinfecting products that place was bad, really badddd!! "

Al principio, todo estaba bien, pero luego notamos un olor extraño en el baño, y luego vimos cucarachas pequeñas en el piso. Debido a estos incidentes, no puedo recomendar el hotel Francisco II.
