「I got the best service and the hotel has the best breakfast . I had my best time there . They have good and caring staff like Clare . Clare is the best staff there and she is friendly and she does her job professionally and the manager is very friendly and helpful in any way . It’s the nice hotel in Kigali .

「Clean spaces with polite staff from the gate to the reception, housekeeping and the kitchen. The food is delicious, including the free breakfast; the only thing is the long preparation time of your order from their menu. You will be told that it would only take 40 minutes, but in reality it's more than an hour. Even ordered food at night, it came after one hour and a half. I tried to cancel earlier but the female staff beg me not to do it because the property will charge her of the food price....
