「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「The place is in dire need of remodel inside and out. Sinks don't drain properly. And the floors are uneven. Everything is so old and musty smelling. Terrible paint color schemes. Just needs a fresh remodel everywhere.」

「This place is a total DUMP! The owner is a dishonest jerk too! Charged me over $400 and I didn’t even stay there it was so rundown.」

「The room looked clean on the surface but there was dirt in the corners od the bathroom and I saw three German cockroaches while I was there. If you see one, there's an infestation.」

「one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each」

「Check in was easy and the staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. However, the air conditioner was much louder than normal and the bed had a terrible creaking sound when getting on or off the bed. This made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of space in the dining area. The area around the hotel is not the greatest as there is quite a bit of construction happening. Nearby are some good eateries as well as a river walk along...
