「Reserved the hotel to attend the Newport Boat Show, and the location truly was perfect, within easy walking distance to the events, restaurants, and everything happening in town. Unfortunately, the room itself felt dated and definitely needs an upgrade for the price they charge. Also, be careful with parking. We arrived early knowing our room wouldn’t be ready, but were hit with an extra $50 fee on top of the $35 parking charge simply because we pulled in at 11 AM instead of 2 PM. There were...

「The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. 「They give you a complimentary drink coupon upon check in but it did not cover the price of a basic drink ( bloody mary)with house liquor, when I tried to pay the $3 difference, they did not accpet cash. Ridicuolus! House keeper did not speak English and did not leave coffee or have the room cleaned by 3:30 on a Wednesday...not a busy hotel day. Pool is indoors and not ventilfated at all, $50 per day to park and only valet just lots of add ons here and there.」
