「Maybe the best hotel in town, but more by lack of serious competition. Rooms are good and very clean, view on Congo river is very nice. High end rooms offer no additional superficy nor comfort, just access to a very poor lounge, so absolutely not worth the additional charge. Pool, parking and restaurants are of the expected level. BUT: prices for drinks and meals are outrageous. 7USD for a small bottle of water, 5 USD for an expresso, 50 USD for breakfast, 90USD for a bottle of poor Chablis wine...

「Good hotel. Love the room. Enough storage. Best gym I’ve seen in a hotel. Not much to do on property. A hotel like this deserves a pool. I would have liked another seating area reserved for guests only. Great staff, thanks to Dorcas who works on the 3rd floor, very lovely. And thanks to Simons at the buffet. Overall a very good experience. I extended my stay. 」

「La seule perturbation que nous avons eue en occupant notre chambre a été la présence des moustiques. En quelques minutes mon épouse en a tué huit et il y'en avaient encore lorsque nous avons quitté momentanément la chambre. On nous avait proposé de nous reloger mais nous avons juste demandé qu'on pulvérise comme il nous avait été assi proposé. C'est ce qui a été fait la nuit s'est bien passée sans moustique」

「On my arrival, I did not found the reception; contacted few people and someone received me in his room and claimed that he is the receptionist. It was in the afternoon but the place was so dark and without electricity. They took me to the bedroom but I could not stand it. Straightaway I told the receptionist to cancel the stay. I have to found another hotel to stay in the last minute. This is the worst experience I ever been. This is worst and deceiving, I do not know how the can put this hotel...
