"Our family of 5 arrived at the villa at 630pm tired and hoping for a good night rest. Pressed the bell and knocked on the door before someone came down from the villa. Realised they werent aware there is a booking for the night's stay! We had to wait for a good one hour before that poor caretaker sort out the stay wt the owner for our booking and then cleaned the rooms. No service recovery and no apologies by the owner at all. Utterly disappointed! "

"My family and I had a fantastic time staying at the Weir House. Our only regret was that we could only stay one. "Booked a Double deluxe room. Very good hotel with clean room, linen and bathroom with comfortable bed. Very good view from the balcony. Excellent continental buffet breakfast with live omelette station and Sri Lankan style food variety. Everything from check in to check out was seamless. Not a great fan of the roof top bar. Not a good value for money considering the portion size. Highly recommend this place. from check in to checkout was very smooth "
