「My seond stay in this hotel. I booked this hotel because I want to have some swimming time and good sleeping time within long transit. However, the pool is out of service during my stay and when I booked the hotel (just 12 hours before check in) I have not got any notice on this. What a disappointment.」

「Our stay was interesting. We initially spent most of the stay trying to find a suitable rooms as the staff hadn’t made any arrange arrangements or acknowledgement to rectify several issues. It wasn’t until a formal complaint was submitted that a duty manager upgraded us which was a recommendation made by us. All in all not the stay we expected 」

「I had a transit thru Qatar and booked sleep n fly sleeping pods at the airport. The staff was friendly , polite and helpful. Place was clean and comfortable. 」

「Check in is not until 3pm and the property could not allow us to check in earlier. We had arrived on the early morning flight so got to the island for 9.30am. After a long flight we were tired and could not shower etc so spent the majority of the day on the beach which was not ideal with a child. I would offer feedback to the island in terms of moving their check in time to earlier and having some flexibility. 」
