"Property and people were great and very grateful to the hotel front desk to give us a room on the eight floor with easy access to the gym which is on the eight floor. The only issue (if I were to point out one) was a bit of leakage in some spots on the eight floor. Not sure if this was due to the pool on top or the monsoon season or both. "Hotel didn’t have our booking, made us send the confirmation after trying to reject our stay , no warm water, dirty, ac didn’t work and on top of it all- didn’t want us to check out the next day until we could produce another receipt "
