「Todo muy bueno ,un hotel muy bonito ,todos los atendieron muy bien ,la playa hermosa」

「Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I...

「The room wasn't soundproof, so I could hear outside noises. The price wasn't cheap, and water was extra. It wasn't a good experience.」

「Nice」

「The rooms are clean with soft cotton sheets and fully stocked towels, washcloths etc. The dining experience is great, and the staff is so attentive and friendly. The guys who work the bar could be a little more outgoing. Overall, the hotel is a nice, quiet stay with activities to do nearby.」

「The ocean view is outstanding, offering a truly unique overlooking perspective of the beach. However, the overall experience was fairly average, and the breakfast selection was not very extensive. 」

「Excellent service and friendly staff! I will be back next year!」

「Room clean, some imperfections. Shower water doesn’t really get hot. More on the warm side. Didn’t have an iron but a steamer instead. Other than that, it was a cool place to stay at. In the mix of everything」

「Loved the location of this Hotel. Good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was the best. We had such friendly servers, special shout out to Diego!! No TV signal so only 2 channels. Quiet at night! Pools were very well maintained and beach access was easy. Cleaning crew as very responsive if anything needed to be replaced. I would return.」

「The common areas need to be cleaned more frequently. Shampooing the carpets would make a significant difference, as they appear quite dirty. Also, the elevator floors are constantly wet, so please be mindful of that. My only complaint is the overall cleanliness of the common areas. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the carpets throughout the property definitely need a deep shampoo cleaning. Improving this would make a big difference in the overall guest experience.」

「The staff was amazing , rooms were very cleaned . We had an amazing stay」
