「Palazzo Leti is in an amazing location, with views that can't be beat. The staff are super nice. The vibe is old world elegance, but not pretentious, just comfortable. We last visited 20 years previously and it hadn't changed much, even though things had obviously been renovated and updated over the years. The only downside is how difficult it is to get to it through the Zona a Traffico Limitato and the very narrow streets. Highly recommended.」

「We stayed for 6 days, there was no housekeeping to change towels or sheets. The floors needed a sweeping but there were no cleaning supplies or brooms. Our unit had a washing machine but no dryer. The list of amenities say there is an espresso machine but there was only a kettle. Only hand soap and 1 roll of toilet paper was supplied in the bathroom, no other toiletries. The front staff only spoke Italian and the online contact did not provide any assistance after several emails asking for a...
