「Clean room, friendly staff, good food. Phone needed for internal communication. Toilets are too low for the aged. Nanny display need to be more meaningful, and educational.Not sure that there is space facility.」

Nice pool area but pool level was low due to drought which is understandable, however the pool was not clean. There are too many uneven surfaces and steps for older adults. 「The property is perfectly located next to blue lagoon and the resort is beautiful. It could use some maintenance was a bit dusty, needed some refurbishing. There wasn’t any toiletries as the bookings saiid or the free boat ride so that should be updated. It is hard to get in contact with someone on site when needed. There is someone that pops in from time to time but no number to call. That would be nice to have. TVs don’t connect to wifi or have channels either. All in all it was a nice spot...

But that said, there were some design and layout aspects of the room (hut) where we stayed that are quite uncomfortable and could even be downright dangerous. We stayed in a 2 level hut. One of the beds was at the lower level, and the bathroom/ toilet is on an open plan across from the bed.
