The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived early and they managed to check us in straight away. The spa facilities were fantastic with lovely views. Food at the restaurant was delicious. "The hotel is clean, the aqua park is amazing, staff are friendly. Food is average. The main problem is the air conditioning, which is centrally controlled, making the thermostat in the room a bit useless and always leaving the room a bit warm."

"A panzió legtöbb szobájának ablaka a főútvonalra és a vasútra néz, ezért éjjel is nagyon zajos. Nyitott ablaknál nehéz aludni vagy nem lehet. A wifi jelszó nélküli, ezért nem biztonságos. A bútor több évtizedes, szocreál stílusú. A kanapé és a fotelek agyonhasználtak, gödrösek. A más szobákkal közös erkély egyik ajtajához nem tudtak kulcsot adni, ezért nem lehetett bezárni."
