「The Major Issue was that both my wife and I almost drowned in the Ocean due to not having a Lifeguard on duty. We expressed our concern to the front desk and told them to at a minimum inform the guests that Sharaton does not have a lifeguard and if you go to the ocean, you are on your own and could risk drowning.」

「Really exceptional property. Only thing I didn't love was the elevators. Kind of confusing but got the hang of it.」

「This hotel is old and the rooms a bit musty. There is still only one elevator working. There is a new portion of the property called The Hall. Overall restaurants were pretty good but prices very high. Most of the amenities were available to use due to weather which was unfortunate bc we booked specifically for the water park on the ocean. I asked For a blow dryer and the man that brought it, walked right past my husband into our bathroom INSISTING we had one. We did not. The pools are small....
