I understand it's not necessary to change towels every day to preserve water but not having a bed made up or trash cans emptied daily are not acceptable. 「The location of the property was awesome! The rooms were ok and the balcony was less desirable. Mel the beach attendant was #1 very disappointed in the way they treat people who smoke. The hours of the restaurant and bar are very odd being people come to vacation and everything shuts down by 9 or 10. 」

「Very friendly staff and clean property. The onsite restaurants were excellent and service of staff fantastic. The trolley and golf cart pick ups to the Sand Key and Clearwater beach were so convenient and came right to lobby door. I definitely recommend this hotel!」

「This property , while decent, is not at a 4-star level. Basic is how I would describe it. The photos are quite miss leading. You can tell this is a very old property and it’s been tried to be dressed up a bit with some paint but that’s about it. The lobby is quite nice but that aesthetic stops there and doesn’t translate to the rooms. Our room had lots of fruit flies in it or some other little bugs flying around. The bathroom needs gutting as it seems it’s from the 80s with barely any light over...
