「We checked in on Saturday August 22nd. For over 30+ minutes there was NO ONE at the front desk. Once I found someone- she was pleasant. However, she needed to share that the King Suite I booked was on an upper floor and the elevator did not work. Then she proceeded to share that it was the second time in two weeks it did not work. 「The room was excellent in all respects. The pool and whirlpool were very clean, and very good. The breakfast was not. The eggs were rancid. The orange juice tasted fermented. The coffee tasted like it was percolated. The waffles... the batter was streaky. I like mine crisp, so I cooked it another 45 seconds after the timer went off.
