「Nice and clean」

「The hotel location is very good. The room is clean and cozy. Staffs are helpful and friendly.」

「無」

「The room has NO Air Conditioning, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay in. And I even stayed for four nights! Totally regretting this. In addition, the room cleaners constantly forget to refill things like towels and tissue paper, which we always have to call the reception to get it back. However, if you ignore the above negatives, the breakfast was good with sufficient variety of food. In addition, they have gym and meeting rooms which I did not expect a 3 star hotel to have. 「The room temperature was a bit warm through out the night despite the AC has been turned on to high speed.」

「The staffs are super friendly. I do like their gym, super new and clean. But I have to say the room hygiene was terrible. there was used toilet paper left in the toilet; the towel was moldy. It was so disgusting that I couldn’t use any of them.」

「Very good location and nice hotle 」

「Poor communication with guest」

「The location is great, it is close to the airport.」

「This was a disastrous stay. Despite the premium prices this hotel charges, their maintenance is diabolical. I had to call various staff 4 times before they fixed the portable air conditioner in my room. This ranged from not informing us that the aircon would stop working if it filled up with water to the outlet pipe repeatedly falling out of the window vent. On the fourth complaint, the front office assured me it would be sorted out while I was out for the day. We got back to our hotel at...
