「Very charming cottage with great lake view. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen view was great and the cottage was tastefully decorated. It was nice that there was heating and air conditioning which was surprisingly quiet. The 2 bedroom unit we were in needs to be painted and well cleaned and the grounds need some work. 「Property is in a nice location with river view and close to Campbellford. Pool was small but very clean. Cabins, however, are old, run-down and not very clean. Ceiling fan didn't work, light bulbs were missing, some windows would not open and fire pit was not cleaned out from previous guests prior to our arrival. Cabins and property need a freshening and fixing up.」
