"The staff were extremely nice and wonderful, the room was nothing like the picture, the bathroom had mold not the greatest. Breakfast I paid when I got there and it was very limited also paid for dinner and all they had were hamburgers fries and other little things. Definitely eat out if you stay there. If it were not for the staff being so nice I would have probably given them a one star. Way over priced so sorry I used my points on this. "

"Nous avons été très déçus d'apprendre en arrivant à l'hôtel après 5h30 de route sans s'arrêter pour arriver à l'heure que notre massage en duo réservé en début de semaine n'était pas réalisable puisqu'il n'y avait qu'une seule praticienne. La personne de l'accueil nous a surclassé dans une chambre où le lit était constitué de deux lits simples rapprochés avec un trou inconfortable au milieu Nous avons eu accès au spa qui est bien mais il y faisait un peu froid Nous avons très bien mangé le...

The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean and the hotel's amenities, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and wellness centre was a nice addition. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. "Hotel is located on a hill overlooking the valley - wonderful sunrise views. Property is well maintained and rooms/bathrooms well appointed. One issue for us - we may have been placed into an accessible room - the bathroom light was tied to the door of the bathroom opening - there was no way to control the light other than the door (I asked). If you use the bathroom at night, and do not want the light to come on - you had to pull your key out of the main switch at the wall which cut all power...

" Nous avons réservé deux nuits dans cette hôtel. L’hôtel est plutôt propre. Je n’ai rien remarqué de particulier sur la propreté de ce dernier hormis un cheveux dans la salle de bain. En parlant de la salle de bain, le toilette avait un soucis avec la chasse d’eau. Cette dernière une fois tirée continué de couler. Le mécanisme doit certainement être HS. Nous devions appuyer plusieurs fois afin d’enclencher le mécanisme correctement pour que l’eau arrête de couler continuellement. Par contre...

"This is a beautiful hotel! The restaurant in the hotel serves delicious food at reasonable prices. The area around the hotel is like a Hallmark Christmas town. The Christmas market was in the same town square and the atmosphere was very festive. A magical stay! "
