「Despite booking 5 months in advance of the trip the owner did not communicate any information regarding the booking. The "reception" is unmanned despite the advert saying it is manned between 5pm and 11pm. I tried to contact the owner on the number provided and got sent to an answer phone. Great. The messaging service on Hotels.com also yielded no results. The very helpful bar staff over the road phoned the owner for me, where I found out they had forgotten my reservation. 「The location is not very convenient, as there are not many places within walking distance. To get to the city center or the beach, you need to drive. However, the hotel has an underground parking garage, which makes it suitable for guests traveling by car. The bathroom inside the room was quite dark, with only a light above the mirror, so the overall lighting was not sufficient. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming」

「Great value hotel in Touquet. Clean room, decent size, comfortable beds. Free parking is available but can get busy on weekends and holidays. The hotel is a little far from the beach (20mn walk) but we like the location between city and quieter forest area. Limited amenities though, reflecting the low price.」
