「我們住的房間廁所半夜水管破裂水流不停，中間請他們過來處理兩次都沒解決問題，後來他們員工也就索性不來維修了，就這樣水一直不斷流出，廁所整個都是淹水狀態。」

「We loved our stay at Sea Passion Hotel. The staff (especially the young ladies at reception) were always friendly, cheerful and very helpful. Our room was large, with two big, comfortable beds. 「The property, bungalow and view were all gorgeous and even better than the pictures showed. The breakfasts were delicious, and delivered to your door at your preferred time. Staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. Parking is at the base of a steep hill, but staff are available to transport you and luggage up to your bungalow. Would definitely stay here again. 「因為需要住在這個區域而選擇這家飯店，飯店附近有餐廳與商店，生活機能還不錯，但其實離市區很遠；房間比想像中還大，設施與清潔度都還不錯，是個乾淨舒適的房間，不過冷氣非常大聲。 比較可惜時的是，旅程中朋友至飯店找我，明明我人在房間內，朋友卻無法透過櫃台找到人，留的訊息也沒收到。無免費網路，但有免費市話可以使用，離開時還需多付當地稅，只能說帛琉真是到處都要錢。」
