"Most international flights arrive early in the morning. After a long-haul flight and multiple connections, travelers are exhausted and simply want a decent place to rest. That is one of the main reasons we book a good hotel. Before my trip, I specifically emailed the hotel’s Guest Services team regarding my early-morning arrival. I was told that they would accommodate me with an early check-in, subject to room availability. When I arrived at around 4:00 AM on September 5, however, the two gentlemen at the reception immediately refused to provide me with a room and told me that no rooms were available until 2:00 PM approximately 10 hours later. After a lengthy discussion, they offered me a room for half a day for Rs. 35,000. I calmly pointed out that I had already paid approximately Rs. 30,000 for a full day, so being asked to pay Rs. 35,000 for half a day did not make much sense. Unfortunately, after such a long journey, I was exhausted and in no position to continue arguing. I eventually paid the additional amount. After being repeatedly told that no rooms were available until 2:00 PM, a room somehow appeared immediately after I agreed to pay the additional charge. For comparison, Marriott Islamabad and Serena Islamabad have always stood by what their Guest Services teams communicated to me. On previous occasions, with similar early-morning arrival times. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously. The front desk experience makes a huge difference,"

"The hotel was very good but they have an issue with humidity, all the rooms smells like moldy and human, they brought an air purifier to my room and it didn’t help, but the staff was very helpful and tried to help as much as they could"

"Rooms were very clean. Staff was excellent. Lots of variety in breakfast. One concern was the water drainage was not good and also water leaking out from the glass around the standing shower."

"*Highly recommended* 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Clean, safe, and exceptionally located right on Main Gulberg, making it easily accessible from everywhere in the city. The hotel features clean, daily room service, fresh fruit in the room, secure underground parking, and an incredible continental breakfast buffet (6:30 AM – 10:30 AM). What truly sets this hotel apart is the team—they constantly go above and beyond to deliver excellence. I will truly miss my daily interactions with the staff, especially the breakfast team. On one of the days, I skipped breakfast to join my family, and the next morning the staff expressed genuine concern, asking if everything was alright because they missed seeing me! The housekeeping staff was equally thoughtful, checking in daily to ensure my stay was comfortable and asking if I needed anything. This level of hospitality is rare, and I cannot recommend them enough."

"V nice hotel but definitely not five stars. The staff at the desk can be trained better. Also, I was couple of hours early from the checkin and yet they insisted on charging me half day. Also for checkout I had to stay few hours extra and yet they charged me full day - not a big deal for me but shows that the focus was more on charging you as much without thinking of extending small gestures and btw I separates a whole week"
