"Clean room"

"The hotel is clean and the staff is wonderful!"

"The property had a security Guard on post. The property had ample parking. The exterior clearly needed maintenance work. The check-in process was touch less, and very quick. "I spent almost two hours in the lobby trying to confirm my reservation. The staff needs more training."

"Most of their rooms ( deluxe and standard rooms we stayed in) have a serious light changing issues, such that whenever there is a power glitch or change over, power doesn’t restore in the room automatically as it should, you’d have to keep standing up to go manually sort it out on the light key switch. "Hotel is located in a nice, serene environment, the front desk staff Isaiah was very courteous & professional. Rooms seem clean and the environment felt safe. The only thing is that Hotels.com advertised that breakfast is included in the price, however, this was not the case. Also, internet was so slow that it wasn't usable. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience "

"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There were occasional power outages but there is a generator on the premises to fill in, and the internet service was good as well. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the Chinese food in the restaurant is excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Benin City."
