"This hotel was like staying with your favorite Bavarian auntie. The common areas were full of history about the hotel. The balcony is open for guest to sit and enjoy the views. The decor was cozy and charming and will always be part of my memories of this trip. Staff was great, breakfast was great. They also had parking. "

"Overall a very nice hotel. As mentioned elsewhere rooms though a good size are somewhat dated. The bathroom in my deluxe room was very 90’s…I wouldn’t normally expect a shower in a bath for an upgrade room, The Spa is the stand out feature of this hotel. Beautiful views of the mountains…particularly at dusk. Very relaxing. The hotel is very much a family hotel. I personally found the dinner options very limited…4 mains and one desert option. (Or that’s all I was presented with) Business...

"Liked the central, downtown location and, for a hostel, very nice. A bit challenging to park outside the pedestrian zone but doable. The owner very nice. "

"Just at the edge of the Old Town, the building looks like a former church. The room was a bit small but had a balcony with a fantastic view of the castle. 5 minutes walk to the heart of town. Restaurants and shops close by and a McDonald's about. 6km away."

"Excellent! Very clean, easy check in/ check out, quiet, plenty of parking space, close to the main spots, beautiful view from window, free tea, coffee, milk, wide range of cereals. Just would like to suggest to write allergens on cereals/ cornflakes for guests with allergies. But otherwise it is an amazing place to stay. "

"This is an absolutely fantastic hostel, very high standard and always recommend! If I had one suggestion it would be to make the men's and women's bathrooms more clearly signed because women kept walking into the men's shower room while in there! 😅"
