「The lobby staff was friendly until I tried checking in at 4pm. The staff member called someone and said she was leaving with no replacement to get any customers checked in. The manager came in and got everyone checked in and was very nice and apologetic. Later in the evening on my first night in my room I found out that the toliet in the bedroom did not flush, I notified the desk the next morning and they has maintenance come fix it will I was out.
