「I booked a king size bed. I went to the room and it was uncleaned. I was offered a room with three single beds. Couldn’t enter the room. On the third trip the attendant came with me and reset the lock. Upon leaving the front desk offered me alcohol. I have been sober for 4.5 years. I appreciated the gesture but it wasn’t very helpful.
