「The staff are really helpful. The room is clean. The location is great as it is only a few block from the town centre. You can easily find something to eat by walking for a few minutes.」

「We chose this hotel for the indoor pool, only to find out it's not heated, nor open in their winter, even though it is indoors. Then we had the surprise of having to pay for a child with us, even though we had reserved and paid for a room with two beds. What they charged us was equivalent to what an entire stay at a cheap hotel in Chile would have cost us. The room was very spacious but the bathroom fan didn't work, which was unpleasant at times, if you know what I mean.」

Os funcionários e o serviço , impecáveis !!! Nota 10! Para toda a equipe. Desde o checkin , no restaurante , na recepção , atenciosos , gentis . Precisa de um certo investimento !!! 」
