"It’s about 20 minutes from the pier and the main town, but honestly, everything on the island takes 20–40 minutes to reach by motorbike. However, there’s a mini market right in front of the hotel, and they also sell gasoline, which is very convenient. The room was wonderful, but what really stood out was the bathroom. "Everything about Blue Harbour is amazing. Such wonderful people working there (especially Tana) who are so helpful and friendly. Apartment is just off of the beach - such an idyllic place to chill and relax"

Hotel Arsa Santhi Nusa Penida

"Im honestly not sure why this place has so many good reviews. It’s like a motel. Walls are dirty, sheets are stained, towels are stained, shower curtain is disgusting. Poor washroom lighting. Literally a motel. To top it off, $700 usd was stolen from my backpack while we were out for the day. The morning I left, I counted the money and when I got back, $700 was missing from the total. Staff looked at cctv and we went to police station back and forth 4 times, and they could do nothing. Although the staff was very helpful during police interrogation, nothing came out of it and we lost $700. All in all, wouldn’t recommend. Island is very isolated and roads are horrendous. The views are almost not worth going.. hotel should be 1 star and compared to a ragged motel. Disappointed as expectations weren’t meant based on reviews."

"Lembongen Beach Club was great. As soon as we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home—they were so warm and genuinely kind. The ferry service right to the beach in front of the hotel was fantastic Everything was clean, and the gardens around the property created a peaceful, laid-back atmosphere. Breakfast was good but with limited options. Our villa was older with a private pool which was great and was very good value for the price. Would stay again."

"The location and ocean view is all these bungalows have going for them. We were place up many flights of stairs along pathways to get to our room at the far back of property. Many things were sadly lacking, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, coffee, tea. Towels were with holes, duvet cover on bed had holes. Bathroom tub was filthy. Balcony was the only thing going for this 2 bdrm bungalow. Breakfast was included, what a joke! 1 egg scrabble and toast with coffee had to pay for juice. My friend had banana pancake 1 pancakes and coffee. We only lasted 2 breakfasts and went somewhere else as that wouldn't even be enough for kids. Pool area was beautiful and clean and very enjoyable. Only 1 extremely small complimentary bottle of water on arrival for each person and the rest you have to buy."

"This hotel was amazing!!! We had the best experience we could have asked for. Each night they arrange a different event for the guests, We had a BBQ on the beach one night and an acoustic performance finished with karaoke on our last night, which ended it perfectly. The staff were ever so helpful and attentive, as well as extremely friendly and welcoming. 5 stars and would definitely stay again!"
