「There was no toaster, conditioner or laundry detergent as advertised. No housekeeping either despite me leaving the housekeeping sign on i had to message the host for fresh towels. The host never replied to any of my messages. Upon check in i had to call the host to ask for check in details despite it saying on their site they give these 24 hours beforehand. 」

「It was a pleasant experience staying this hotel. The location was in the residential area in the city. The staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast was decent quality food supplied. The building was nice but put some updating decorations will be better.」

「Very friendly and helpful staff who were keen to try and address our issues with hot water. We moved apartment for nights 2 & 3 as the hot water ran out during a quick shower and the second person had tepid water. Same problem with the second apartment. Presumably a building issue which staff must know? Really spacious and clean apartment. Comfy bed. Kitchen area. Nice balcony. Would have been great if there had been reliable hot water. Good location 」

「El apartamento es muy amplio y tiene todo lo basico, le faltan algunos detallet para ser excelente, pero lo básico lo tiene, sobretodo para unos días de trabajo. La cama es cómoda y el aire acondicionado potente. La zona no es muy buena, no hay apenas tiendas o restaurantes alrededor y de noche es bastante oscura」
