「This was absolutely the worst place I've ever stayed. It had mold all over the bathroom and it looks like it never been cleaned. Doesn't look like anything has been updated since the 1970s」

「Jennifer was very helpful at the front desk. She was very kind to me and sometimes a little kindness goes a long way, especially when someone is struggling as I am. My water pump broke on my well and then I had to get a plumber to fix my pipes on my septic tank. Then the refridger went out. I stayed a couple of nights while I'm trying to fix all of the problems that keep breaking at my house. I went to get a room for another night. I called the number listed to call when nobody is at the front...

「I don’t know why this property has such a good rating on Expedia, because their level is low. The rooms are dirty, and smell bad, there is mold everywhere. No soap in the bath, and spider web around. This place is extremely unsanitary.」

「We booked this Best Western in Organge, Tx, owing to our good impression with Best Western in another state when we were travelling a while ago. However, the experience is totally different on respect of both the staff and facilities on this site. Note sure if Best Western has just been downgraded all through the years, or it is the issue of this particular facilities as well as management. Not coming back for sure.」
