「客房乾淨」

「Waiting for elevators took ages. Asked for house keeping at 8am, no one came to clean when I went back at 2:30 pm. Had to go down to concierge to ask for housekeeping as the call to concierge was on hold for more than 5 minutes. The concierge staff called house keeping in front of me and gave me a dirty look saying loudly to the housekeeper that the customer is complaining.」

「客房乾淨，但浴室有點怪味。 員工尚可，沒有特別親切。 隔音不好。」

「Felt safe, staff was very helpful」

「Unpleasant experience 」

「The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA」

「Hotel rooms are outdated, but location is very convenient if you take trains to/ from Penn station」

「two tiers security check experience unwelcome, the main enterance security staff has done over duty on my visit, every time I exit or enter the Hotel, same security staff only asked me for the Hotel pass, but any other guest enter to Hotel without any request on Room card,」

「Natalie @ front desk made the difference as she was very kind, accommodating, helpful and always w/ a smile! Location wise this hotel is in a prime location, smack in middle of everything walking distance! Do reoxmmend room w/ 2 double beds as they’re slightly bigger in size!」
