"The hotel had a shuttle that took you where you needed to go. It was so convenient and no hassle trying to find parking in downtown Santa Fe. "

"The location of the property was perfect - walkable to the plaza. Breakfast was included and delicious! Our first night we ended up moving rooms twice. Our first room had not yet been cleaned and our 2nd room did not have running water. I appreciate that tthe staff moved us to an upgraded room for our troubles. "

"This was a lovely property with many amenities such as the spa, fitness center, shuttle, restaurant within walking distance to the galleries, shops and restaurants however some of the rooms felt old and dark. The staff was very accommodating when my first room had an old carpet odor. Our second room was much better. My friend also had to change her first location. Fortunately the staff was so helpful and understanding. "
