Airport Himalaya Boutique Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Needed a place to stay for one night as I arrived a day earlier than expected to Kathmandu. The hotel is in a great location, I actually just walked over from the airport. There was also a couple stores directly across the narrow street, that was quite convenient. The property is clean and well maintained, it was all I needed. I wish I would have asked the name of the lady working the front desk at check in. She was very friendly and helpful. Thank you :)"

Central Courtyard - Heritage Hötel & Artisan Café

8/10 Good

"Staff were excellent very helpful Breakfasts were ok Though they lacked choice and were limited. For example you were charged extra for a double shot coffee or for milk Bathroom had that usual regional problem of flooding the entire room if you have a shower"

Majestic Lakefront Hotel & Suites

10/10 Excellent

Lovely self catering provided with mini kitchen if needed The restaurant/ breakfast was delicious and so much to choose from . Just an amazing stay .. location was perfect . Will recommend to anyone wanting to visit Pokhara"

Nepali Heritage Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Stayed 15 days and enjoyed the off street peaceful location. The staff was exceptional in so many ways, directions, sightseeing, travel advice, you name it. The restaurant was a quiet oasis from the city street noise. Good food in an outdoor setting. Overall, excellent staff and a great value and great location. Very highly recommend !!!"

Hotel Yak & Yeti

10/10 Excellent

"Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Two staff members (a young woman-who seemed to be a manager at the reception desk and one of the omelette chefs) are great. The young manager remembered me from a previous stay and asked germane questions as to how things were going. The chef remembered me from brief interactions during breakfast and prepare my omelette without asking any questions."

Holiday Inn Express Kathmandu Naxal by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"I had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn Express Kathmandu. The staff was outstanding and very attentive. I appreciated the small gestures and their going the extra effort to accommodate and assist. I loved that the hotel is not in a busy area with good restaurants nearby. I would just walk to the places I visited like Thamel and take tour or taxi the rest of the time. My only complaint which may not be the fault of the hotel is the taxi service pick-up from the airport. It was smooth and professional but I found it very expensive relative to everything else in Kathmandu especially considering how close the airport was to the hotel. Maybe the hotel can adjust the rate or negotiate a lower, more realistic amount."
