「Our one-night stay at this property was an absolute nightmare. The apartment was in completely unacceptable hygienic conditions, with dust and dirt everywhere, but the worst part was the bug infestation. We found insects in the bathroom, on the floor, and even under the bedsheets. A light fixture was filled with hundreds of dead insects, showing months—if not years—of total neglect. To make matters worse, water was constantly leaking from the refrigerator onto the floor. The host was completely...

「Check in was good with helpful service. Hotel is in a great location and from outside looked good, even with indoor smoking (the norm in Macedonia). The view on to the lake is first rate and we had a corner suite. However the room was tired and needing significant work. Shower that spat water, kitchen with cracked bench and exposed wires. Common areas of hotel were filthy and . Overall a bit disappointing 」

「Ne surtout pas réserver de suite avec jacuzzi vu qu'il ne fonctionne quasiment pas !! (seules 3 à 4 buses sur la quarantaine) Une honte pour le prix. L'intérieur était très propre mais la terrasse immonde : table pleine de résidus et collante (j'avais demandé à ce qu'elle soit nettoyée, on m'a dit oui mais cela n'a jamais été fait), matelas des chaises longues sales et déchirés, mobilier en bois complètement défraîchi... Je descends prendre une bouteille d'eau fraîche, on m'en donne une chaude...

When I reach room, that was a terror room, That is not a bed room, actually that's a store room.A lot of used tables and chairs. inside the room. The room was prepaid and cannot cancel, so I requested a better room, He said that they a nice room but need to up charge, almost double...
