「The location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance from everything. It was hard to get cleaning services, the check in process was a little difficult. The shower soap was 5 in 1, the toilet paper was paper towels, the mattress had a mattress topper that kept sliding off, no fridge, no microwave anywhere in the hotel room or in the hotel. 「The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk. Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. We had to go to the sister hotel to pick up our room keys before going to the hotel itself.
