Hotel with a Concierge in Mongolia from NT$2,013

"Location is what sells this hotel. However the rooms are not maintained to what they should be given the price point. Service is okay but no one is really helping you. At breakfast all the servers and staff were busy on their phone or talking to each other. Didn't interact with a single staff! Again you stay at this hotel for location...all major attractions are in walking distance."

"Our room was huge! We were upgraded to a suite so we had more than ample room to stretch out. Bed was comfy and bathroom well-appointed (no skimping on the marble, that's for sure.) However, although they've made efforts to keep things up, the carpet was in pretty sad condition to the point I felt reluctant to put anything clean on the floor. When my wife went to check out, she asked for a late check out and they said OK and then when we were leaving, they kind of lost it in the system Also the shower system in the bathroom is ridiculous. "The manager is wonderful. She has a great deal of experience and is a wonderful conversationalist. The staff are kind and courteous. Breakfast is very good. The room was really nice. The hotel isn't a chain which, for me is a plus. "

"Rooms smelled like smoke, bathroom was not clean - one of our rooms had a broken faucet and leaky toilet. Checking in was weird, staff didn't give me a key or tell me the room number just the floor and when I got there another staff told a local man what room, no wifi code etc. Later on I went back to the front desk the staff was helpful though. But since there was a holiday the restaurant incl. room service was unavailable with little eating options nearby."
