Everyone greets you and are so attentive with making sure your experience there is one of a kind. I will for sure be coming back here next year with all of my family! "

"Stayed at this resort during the last week of June and had nothing but a truly beautiful, welcoming, and amazing trip. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Great restaurant selection as well as having a buffet open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Plenty of beach chairs to choose from with no need to reserve. The staff who bring your drinks to you are always so kind and will remember your name. I always made sure to tip well and often because they really do go above and beyond! I will definitely be coming back!"

"The Rio Cabo is worth it’s weight in gold. From the beautiful rooms to the outstanding lush greener around the hotel is everything. The pools are outstanding and the swim up drink pool, let’s just say don’t miss it. I can’t wait to return next year. Plus, don’t miss those lamb chops at the Italian restaurant!"

"I would only have to say that the check-in and checkout process needs more work. There wasn’t enough workers to check people in as the lines were really long."

I’m on vacations, not to do business. And…all our reservations for parks and restaurants were not granted bc we didn’t have a reservation #… even though we had the emails showing our conversations. If they don’t give you one, how are supposed to know ? "
