「Hotel had no record that we were coming. Room wasn't ready. No restaurant as advertised. No food available. Not even drinks. No lock on accessible balcony door. Not a good area which was reflected by the high gates and padlocks. Did not even check in. Left immediately. 」

「I booked this property beacuse it had good reviews, however to my disappointment it wasnt the case. However the the staff seemed to be very unprofessional The front office didnt have any extra multiplug to give us ) It took 2-3 attempts to get water bottles to our room The restaurant staff are just ridiculous. 「De lobby was kil en sfeerloos. Overal felwitte spaarlampen. Slechte acoustiek zoals in een grot. De suite was groot en met gigantische terrassen met zicht al om. Het bed was van goede kwaliteit. De afwerking van de suite liet te wensen over. Er waren overweldigend veel knoppen voor de verlichting (wederom witte spaarlampen). De afwerking kon beter.
