"Totalmente recomendado. Habitaciones impecables con todas las amenidades requeridas, el staff excelente TODO muy amables y serviciales. Un lugar con una arquitectura bella cumpliendo el objetivo de sentirse en un lugar relajado y en paz. La comida muy buena y no condimentada. Me hubiese gustado un menú más amplio pero es entendible por el poco tiempo abierto al publico. También tienen la modalidad abierta al publico general solamente al area del bar, ideal para compartir. En resumen mi lugar a hospedarme cuando vuelva al area de Las Terrenas. "

"We arrived in Jan (off season) it was super quiet and what we wanted (we were the only ones there besides staff) allowing us to take amazing pics (I haven’t n loaded yet) it was a great experience. Although at night, I did get a tiny bit concerned when we went back to tip the staff and there wasn’t anyone to be found. Nothing bad happened in fact we are planning on coming back. The view was great the amenities were great as well. We ordered dinner that wasn’t included and breakfast and it was tasty. They gave us unlimited free coffee and there was water in the room too. Also there was beer in the room refrigerator but we didn’t touch that because we didn’t know if it was a charge for it. Only thing I would change is for front desk staff to be a little bit more friendly. The interaction was a little bit awkward kind of unwelcoming but other than that everything was great! We referred them already too many locals and our family and friends back in the US"

I wish I could remember everyone’s name, because every single person I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely hospitable. The team members I do remember, Mika, Ramon, James, Tamara, Santa, and Nicolas, were extraordinary. Their kindness, attentiveness, and beautiful energy elevated my stay to a true five-star experience. I had such an incredible time that I actually extended my trip by an extra day. I’m already checking my calendar for the next opportunity to return."
