Rooms are clean and bathroom has all amenities needed. Linen also very clean. Palace Hotel staff are helpful and polite. Breakfast menu is excellent for most tastes and food is fresh. The room is business friendly since you have a practical worktable and reliable wifi. The table-light at the worktable needs to be a little brighter. Otherwise an excellent facility I will recommend to others.
2. Challenge on Alignment of Reservations Desk and Online Booking:
The marketing/reservations desk and online booking need to align. You gave me a quotation of $100 per night and charged me $259.20 for 2-3 Sept 2026 and $100 for 4 Sept 2026 for the simple reason that I paid online and would seek reimbursement from my employer, the University of Nairobi. This is after we had negotiated and received confirmation at the rate of $100 from your marketing/reservations department."
