"Was sent to another location during check in because the hotel is "full". How does that even happen when the booking was well in advance. The other location is at best a 2star accommodation."

"We were picked up from the ferry terminal and taken to the hotel. When it came time to leave the next day, the Hotel manager advised the taxi would be 20USD! For a 2min ride! We stated that the shuttle should be complimentary. It seems only the pickup is complimentary and the drop off is charged ridiculously. Avoid this hotel. "

"This hotel had an amazing view and breakfast buffet was very good! The staff was amazing and accommodating. Ihsan in particular took very good care of us. The hotel was spotless and you can tell the staff takes great pride in their work."

"This place seems like somebody used to care but not any more. Despite prior notice there was no-one to meet us off the ferry as the guy had fallen asleep. He then walked us to the place, photocopied our passports with his phone and someone nodded to our room. That was the last we saw of anyone in charge. We had paid for breakfast but there was no sign of that or any facilities to provide it. The room itself was dirty, empty for a long time and clearly just given a quick clean 5 minutes before...
