"Very nice hotel n clean. Staffs were friendly service especially Fikir who checked us in. Room was very clean n bed n pillows were very comfortable to sleep. Lots of shopping malls n restaurants around n walking distance. Breakfast was good, variety of foods. We enjoyed staying in Amari Hotel, will stay here again."

"I enjoyed staying in the resort. It’s near to many shopping areas with a short ride on grab or taxi. Not sure if you have a shuttle but it would be nice if there is a shuttle to a nearby shopping area. I didn’t have a lot of time to explore cos was on business trip . the concierge reception staff were all very helpful and nice. "

"Really enjoyed our stay at Grand Hyatt KL - staff were always so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Location was a massive bonus as everything in KLCC is walking distance. Also really enjoyed the gym and spa facilities, was never too overcrowded. Breakfast options were great."

"I wished they told us that this was a Family Holiday hotel. The place was packed with screaming kids, especially around the swimming pool which was tiny. When the fully clothed families packed this pool, the water became murky and smell. Pretty horrid. There is absolutely no eating places in the neighbourhood. And the traffic jams to get in and out of the place meant you are stuck eating at its Coffee Shop with the screaming kids for the duration of your stay. The staff were extremely friendly...

"Excellent stay, still convenient although no longer directly linked to the mall. You need to cross a slightly busy junction to get to first avenue mall. Near all the yummy food location, easily walkable - all within 5-10 minutes walk. Live band at the bar every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Will stay again next time"
