「This hotel is a very new ultra-modern hotel attached to both Saint-Exupery train station and Lyon airport. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff all very friendly. A nice bar area as well as a restaurant with a limited menu but food was good. Complimentary breakfast had lots of variety. 」

「Un très beau domaine. Un jeune homme sympathique nous à accueilli ce qui n'était pas le cas d'une fille très désagréable. La chambre supérieure était jolie un lit très confortable. Mais malheureusement mal placé situé au dessus d'une laverie et d'un bureau ou le personnel de rend très souvent tard le soir et à partir de 6h30 le matin et pour y accéder il y a une porte qui se ferme en faisant trembler les murs et un bruit qui nous a empêché de dormir... Nous étions en couple nous pensions avoir...

「Chambre déjà facturée sur hotel.com et refacturée à l'arrivée. Au check-out, je leur précise mais ce n'est pas la même personne et ne peut gérer le problème elle-même, elle doit voir avec sa supérieure, je donne mes coordonnés pour l'envoi de la facture. Sans nouvelles 15j après, je rappelle, « ah j’ai oublié, je vous le fais », 1 mois après je rappelle « ah j’ai encore oublié, je vous le fais », j’ai eu besoin de relancer encore 2x par email pour obtenir le remboursement et la facture modifiée,...
