「The bathroom and sink area were not equipped with any towel bars and guest cannot hang the hand towels for continual use. For the rates we've paid, the bathroom at least should have towel bars and racks.」

But now woooo this new Regent hotel resort, blowing me away with his new concept and designs, is something like makes me feel really happy! Everything any single space corners, walls, furniture around from the entrance to the top floor are super top notch. What to say from the crew members everyone has a great sense of how important is customer service they make you feel like super...
