「El hotel es excelente, me encantó la vista y está practicamente dentro del mall. No le doy los 5 puntos solo por dos cosas, no tienen opción de huevos fritos ni tortillas en el desayuno y el huevo revuelto de ellos parece una sopa, deben darle opciones a los clientes aunque sea con cargo extra y lo segundo, usamos la lavandería y nos cobraron US$2.25 por cada par de calcetines que mandamos a lavar, yo no estaba familiarizada con la moneda y vi 2,000 pesos chilenos y dije, no debe ser mucho, pero...

「Amazing farm to table food, great views andoverall awesome property. The staff was very helpful and nice. My only negative point is that there was a massive storm and it rained inside my room. When i mentionned it they just came with a bucket, so i heard the rain drops all night long. The price you pay, i would have hope to be relocated. A part from that it was a great stay! 」

「This hotel is a basic stopover between Bariloche and Puerto Varas. It has a good restaurant and bar and not much more. It is clean and the bed was very comfortable.」
